Cancellation Policy
Note our standard cancellation policy
Rescheduling or cancelling within 48 hours of an appointment will be charged at 50% of the price of the treatment booked.
Non-attendance or cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will be charged at the full cost of the price of the treatment booked.
Repeated cancellations or non-attendance may result in future bookings no longer being accepted.
